Client Review is the conversation sheet. It reads the same Current Plan and Proposed Plan as the editing sheets. It does not take new entries, and it does not calculate payroll a second time.

  1. Step 1

    Start with the dashboard

    What to do

Read the five measures at the top. Current is on the left. Proposed is on the right.

    What it means

In the example, care hours match. Funding rises because the Proposed rate is $40.52 per hour while hours stay the same. Total cost also rises, because the Care Team Proposed rates are filled in. The operating balance moves from -$35.00 to $62.32.

    MeasureCurrentProposed
    Funding / month$6,969.68$7,394.90
    Care hours / month182.50182.50
    Total cost / month$7,004.68$7,332.58
    Operating balance / month-$35.00$62.32
    12-month operating reserve$2,579.96$3,747.81
  2. Step 2

    Read the monthly comparison

    What to do

Below the dashboard, read Funding, Care hours, Total cost, and Operating balance, with the change beside them.

    What it means

Operating balance is the monthly flow. Operating reserve is the accumulated balance. They are not the same word for the same thing.

Care hours may be above funded hours. That is a warning, not an automatic budget failure.

  3. Step 3

Use the annual and worker sections if you need them

    What to do

The annual block repeats funding, care hours, total cost, and the operating balance across a year. Below that, annualized recurring base pay is listed by worker.

    What it means

Annualized base pay is recurring direct pay only. It is not a salary promise, and it does not include vacation, sick, statutory allowances, or employer CPP, EI, and WorkSafeBC.

A casual worker with zero recurring units stays visible at zero recurring base pay. Make changes on Funding, Care Team, or Expenses, then come back here.
